Light Deflection part 4
In this diagram we see how light deflects of an irregular surface. The light deflection is inconsistent as it hits the varying surface and deflects accordingly. This creates diffused lighting as opposed to smooth surfaces. Now think how this would affect the strength of light as it bounces from surface to surface. Visualize how it will be different then the light bouncing off smooth surfaces.
